So this morning bright and early we went in to hear the heartbeat and they couldn't find it!!! David was calm as usual, and I was a little freaked out. But the doctor took us right over to the ultrasound tech who let us see our little baby! We are so proud of how cute our baby is and of course we think it is the cutest and best baby ever. The doctor said its feet were big (like daddy I guess!) and that it moves around a lot- maybe daddy will get his little athlete after all. It even had hiccups! It was so cute to see that. There was no hint of the gender because its still too early, so we'll just have to be patient to find that out. The heart and brain were looking good, and the baby measured just right for the due date. So now it seems even more real, and I feel so much more like a mommy!
I know I am due to post a 3 month belly photo- I need to remember to have David take it! (But I'm sure no one will complain at getting to see baby instead!)
Oh my goodness! I can't believe how much it actually resembles a baby! Are you guys going to find out the sex before?
